SYMPTOMS

End users complain of receiving an error message when attempting to log into the VirtuaLab. The following error dialog is displayed:

CAUSE

The maximum number of users permitted by your site’s license controls has been exceeded.

RESOLUTION

Notify your lab administrator of the error so that they may evaluate the possible need for more licenses.
